The Association’s membership year shall run from 1 April to 31 March the following year.
Membership of the association shall be open to all applicants but the Association reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion and without explanation. It is a condition of membership that you read and adhere to all association rules. These can be found on the website under the rules tab. 

Fishing times

1st April to 31st October: 0500-2100

1st November to 31st March: 0700-1700

 2026/2027 membership cost:

• Adult (age 16+) – £90.00
• Concession (age 65+ and/or disabled) – £80.00
• Junior (age 12 to 15) – £30.00
• Adult membership & night fishing for Water Lane, Middle Reservoir & Bluewater – £180 
• Day tickets for Bluewater & Middle reservoir. Valid for day of purchase only. – £15.00

Day tickets can be purchased from Tackle Up in Bury St Edmunds, online and using the QR codes on the lake’s notice boards. Day tickets are not valid for use at Badwell Ash, Barrow, Water lane or Buckenham small pit. Full membership is required to fish these venues.

Under 12’s are free, but must be accompanied by an adult/senior member. Junior members under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (person aged 18 or over)

Concession membership shall be open to persons aged 65+ and disabled membership shall be open to those holding a valid blue badge.
